Dry foot detox · no water

AO Infinity Foot Detox

A “dry” foot detox with no water basin. It uses radio frequency energy through the soles of your feet to gently raise your body’s internal temperature. Most people feel warmth start at the ankles and slowly move up the legs, and over several sessions through the whole body. It’s designed to support circulation, metabolism, and the body’s natural elimination pathways.

The included waistband plugs into the unit and adds the same one-megahertz frequency, infrared heat, and gentle vibration around your core.

  • 30-minute sessions, once a day (twice at most, three hours apart)
  • Sip room-temperature purified water during your session
  • Start at a low intensity and adjust to your comfort

Terahertz waves sit between microwaves and infrared light on the energy spectrum and pass easily through clothing.

  • Hold it 8 to 12 inches from the area you want to focus on
  • Keep it still or move it in slow circles
  • Four speed settings, adjustable temperature, and a timer up to 90 minutes

Red light · wearable

LightRelief 660 Band

A comfortable, watch-style band with six red lights: three at 605 nm and three at 660 nm. You wear it with the lights facing your inner wrist, where blood vessels sit closest to the skin. It’s designed to support healthy circulation, the system that carries oxygen and nutrients to every organ.

  • Wear it 20 minutes or more a day
  • About four 45-minute sessions per charge, USB-C rechargeable
  • It may feel gently warm while in use
