Frequency itself is physics. Sound, light, your heartbeat, and your brain waves are all frequencies. God made them. Some groups have attached spiritual meanings to frequency that I don’t share, but the vibration itself belongs to creation.

What matters is what you put your trust in. I use frequency as a tool, the same way I use food, sleep, and sunlight. My hope stays in the One who made it.

At the center. The more I learn about how the body communicates, the more I see how intentional His design is. For me, frequency wellness is one way of stewarding the body He entrusted to me, and it often leads me back to gratitude and worship.

Think of your body’s wiring like the electrical system in your house. Your nervous system is the wiring. Electrical signals travel along your nerves to every organ, gland, and muscle. Where large groups of nerves come together, they form junction points called plexuses. Those junction points work like the breakers in your breaker box.

If a breaker weakens and trips, the oven or washer at the end of that line stops working well, even though nothing is wrong with the appliance itself. Your body works the same way. Stress, poor sleep, poor diet, and emotional strain can weaken a circuit, and the organs on that line feel it.
